We, Librec AG, Fabrikstrasse 4, 4562 Biberist (hereinafter referred to as 'Librec') operate this website and are therefore responsible for the collection, processing and use of personal data. We place great importance on protecting and properly handling your personal data, and collect, process and use it exclusively in accordance with the principles described below and in compliance with the applicable privacy laws.

4 a) When visiting our website
You can visit our website without revealing your identity. When you visit our website, our servers temporarily store each access in a log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted: anonymised IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the file accessed, website from which access is made, your computer's operating system, browser used and the name of your internet provider.
This data is collected and processed for the purpose of enabling our website to be used (establishing a connection), ensuring permanent system security, enabling technical administration of the network infrastructure and optimising our website, as well as for internal statistical purposes.

4 b) Contact form
We ask you to provide personal data for the purpose of processing enquiries and messages. We will only collect, store and use your personal data with your knowledge and consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. In this case, please contact info@librec.ch. The data transmitted is handled and used with due care, and only for the purpose of processing your request. The e-mail function on this website operates via unprotected internet data structures. As such, Librec cannot guarantee the confidentiality or completeness of the data transmission.
4 c) Google AdWords
Our website uses the 'Google AdWords' online web program run by Google Inc., based in the USA, and the conversion tracking option included in this programme. If you reach our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords places a conversion cookie in your browser, which enables us to compile statistics on how you use our website. This conversion cookie expires after 90 days at the latest and is not used to identify the user.
